The brothers have been identified as Imran and Armaan.
Police say the brothers were travelling in a car when they were attacked.
Meanwhile, family members of the deceased alleged that before firing at Imran and Armaan, they were beaten up with cane and rods for more than 30 minutes. They claim that they tried calling the police control room but their calls remained unanswered.
