Called “Maruti Care”, the app is available on both Android and iOS platforms and can be downloaded from their respective app stores.
To make servicing hassle free and less time consuming, the app allows you to book a service appointment, while giving you an estimate of the service cost. It also enables you to track the status of the vehicle during service, along with an option of paying your service bill digitally after the job is done. Using this app, customers can also check past service records of cars along with the cost of maintenance of the car, based on past expense records.
Stuck on the road? The app has you covered on that front as well. It provides GPS enabled on-road assistance, which means help will arrive at your location in case your vehicle has broken down. To keep you and your car safe while on road, it gives you driving and maintenance tips.
