But…there’s now another broken down vehicle
One lane closed due to broken down vehicle on A14 westbound between J35 A1303 Newmarket Road (Stow Cum Quy) and J33 A10/A1309 Milton Road (Milton Interchange).

ANOTHER broken down lorry on the A14…
After yesterday’s two breakdowns east and west, there’s another one eastbound now,at Fen Ditton. The lorry is in a layby but overlapping into one lane. Police are at the scene.

Reports of one lane blocked and queueing traffic after a collision between a car and lorry on the A14 eastbound at junction 27, Cambridge Road (Fenstanton).
One lane is blocked.
And there are roadworks to contend with as well
CCTV maintenance is happening all this week on the M11, between junctions 8 and 9, Stansted. Highways England says lane closures will be in place in both directions overnight between 9pm and 5am until Friday.
M11/M25 southbound – it’s slow going
Congestion reported on the M11 southbound between J6 (#M25 Interchange) and J5 (Waltham Abbey).
On the railways
Good service reported on Greater Anglia and Great Northern, although there are ‘minor delays’ on some of the trains running through Huntingdon

Probably not as bad as our photo here, but there’s a yellow warning of snow and ice later on today. It’s going to be very cold, but there’ll be some sunny spells too.

The usual slow traffic heading towards Cambridge, due to the roadworks near Girton, but no accidents or breakdowns as yet.
Cold start for some drivers
It got down to minus 3 last night in Cambridgeshire, so be prepared for a spot of scraping.
